Undeen is advanced beauty and aesthetics professional since 2013. Her extensive education background and licensing includes -Licensed Esthetician, Licensed Cosmetologist, Lash & Brow artist and trainer. She is an owner of Gold Empire Professional Beauty - the leading Beauty studio & Academy in Staffordshire where she is working with clients on daily basis an teaching and training in Brow styling & Lash Extensions all level and experience artists.
Overall Undeen is a holder of 35 qualifications.
After developing an interest in beauty at a young age she studied Beauty Therapy and received NVQ Level 2 & 3 Qualifications (distinction grade) at Burton and South Derbyshire College, along with various other qualifications. Upon finishing her training She started specialising in Brow styling & Lash Extensions, following great feedback and consistently high performance she rapidly progressed and become very well known artist in surrounding area, where now her studio and team is recognised as the best and are 21 award and trophy holders.

Anna Makowska from Liverpool is the owner of the MakLash Beauty Academy salon. She started her adventure in the world of beauty in 2013. For several years she has been a trainer of Velvet eyelashes, Brow henna UK I My Lamination, she has also trained many students.  She completed many training courses not only in Great Britain, but also abroad. Anna also took part in many competitions in which she won first place. The latest achievement is the first place in the Germany Lash & brow Championship in the ombre category. Now shes completed training in aesthetic .

Julie’s background has always been in Art, with a career in design for over 20 years. In 2005 she decided to enter the world of Permanent Make-Up (PMU).
After originally training in Harley Street London, she qualified as an Artist in 2007.
Her expert knowledge and skills are the fusion gained over 15 years of continuous education from many incredible PMU masters worldwide. Completing over 10,000 procedures, today she is proud to be recognised as a Master Artist and Trainer herself.
Julie is highly respected by her colleagues in the PMU industry, her clients, and students for her professionalism and extensive knowledge.

To anyone thinking of training here you won’t be disappointed, I was made welcome from the minute I walked through the door and everyone was lovely and professional. The class size was small and we basically had a tutor each so it was more like 1-1 tuition and the trainers were extremely good at what they do.
We were given lots of models throughout the day and had plenty of hands on experience. You get a nice lunch provided which was a lovely little extra. And I really couldn’t fault my day with this academy, I went away feeling fully competent to perform the treatments I trained in. Thankyou!

I am only on my first day of my eyeliner training, but I’m already over the moon!

I have just got back from my first day and I cannot praise Col and Nicolla enough!

From the very start they make you feel so welcome, like part of a family, they are so helpful, honest and reliable!

They make me feel so at ease and I have learnt so much from Nicola in a few hours!
They are both just so lovely!

I usually leave feeling really nervous, unsure and worried about performing on models, but I have left feeling happy, confident and excited!

I have even been struggling with a machine I purchased from another company ages ago and rather than just try sell me one of theirs which most people would, Nicolla has offered me some of her needles for free to try with my current machine first to see if it makes a difference!
Although I probably will still purchase their machine, because it felt so much nicer to work with and I felt a lot more confident with the quality!

They took me out for lunch, which I really wasn’t expecting and when I went to pay, Col told me not to worry, as it’s included!
What a top service!

I already want to go back to train in more things with them!

I completely the blade to machine conversion course yesterday and I can honestly say that it was the best training I’ve ever been on. Nicolla is such a lovely person and I felt comfortable with her straight away, not to mention she is incredibly talented and knowledgeable!

Booking- Col made it so easy, he answered all of my questions even the silly ones.

The day- The morning was all about refreshing my memory, teaching me new skills and answering any of my questions. Col & Nicolla then took me for lunch (thank you) In the afternoon I did a models brows, I then got my certificate and sadly went home.

The price- you really can’t go wrong with the price! For £700 you get so much knowledge and learn so many skills- most people pay double that for far less. And did I mention it was 1:1 😮

The products- I bought my own machine but the machine at the clinic was beautiful. I used some of the pencils that the academy sell, omg an absolute dream to work with. I bought some cartridges for my machine and one of their pencils. I didn’t feel pressured at all and genuinely felt like Nicolla wanted me to have all of the right equipment even if I bought it elsewhere. (Buy from them though- their products are incredible)

The environment- The clinic was very clean, really inviting and Col & Nicolla made sure I was comfortable throughout. There was free parking around the back too which takes some stress away.

I would highly recommend that you train here!

I had my 3 days training 1:1 in brows. Couldn't ask for anything better. Fantastic place, amazing instructor - I was able to learn everything I needed to know and more. Highly recommend - if you are looking for PMU training you have to choose this place.
